Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all customers. Noncompliance with this policy could lead to action including termination of accounts of related individual. Customers and all involved individuals are responsible for maintaining and implementing the processes defined in this policy.

Refund Policy

Sellers are permitted to define their refund polices, clary state it in each listed products. Either they offer offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases or Non refundable. Moreover, If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from Kayz Mall platform , and do not seem to resolve the issue with the seller, you have a window of 5 days right from the day your item was marked delivered to request a return via your dashboard and a resolution with our customer service. You can get your money back if your are eligible for a full or partial refund within 14 calendar days of the customer service decision.

After the 5-day from your delivery period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
